Simple per-shipment pricing. No monthly minimum.

The per-shipment fee covers DDP label generation (duty calculation + carrier label printing), IOSS VAT collection at checkout, automated HS code assignment, and the electronic customs declaration filing. Carrier fees (DHL/DPD/Colissimo/GLS rates) are billed directly by the carrier and are separate from the REasy fee.

You need your own IOSS Identification (IM ID) number. REasy is a compliance automation tool — we collect and file on your behalf, but we are not an IOSS fiscal representative and cannot obtain an IM ID in our name for your store. If you do not yet have an IOSS registration, REasy can guide you through the process during onboarding: French merchants register through the Direction Générale des Finances Publiques (DGFiP). The IM ID is issued typically within 5–10 business days and is valid across all 27 EU member states.

Starter plan: DHL Express, DPD, Colissimo. Growth and Scale plans add GLS. Scale plan also unlocks all EU-27 destination countries with full Incoterms 2020 DDP compliance.

On Growth and Scale plans, REasy automatically files a duty reclaim with the relevant customs authority when a DDP shipment is returned. The reclaimed duty (typically processed within 15–30 business days) is netted against your next payout. Starter plan does not include duty refund netting — reclaims must be filed manually.

There is no monthly minimum and no lock-in contract. REasy charges per shipment processed — if your store ships 0 DDP parcels in a month, you pay €0. We offer a 30-minute onboarding demo to map your product catalogue and configure your EORI/IOSS connection before you go live.

Multi-store Shopify support is available on the Scale plan. Each store is configured with its own EORI/IOSS credentials and HS code catalogue. Shipments from all stores are consolidated in a single compliance dashboard.
