These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the REasy website and platform operated by REasy SAS. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
"REasy", "we", "us" refers to REasy SAS, registered in France. "Services" refers to the REasy payment processing, FX management, shipping integration, and analytics platform. "User", "you" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts on behalf of your business to use REasy's Services. Use of the Services constitutes your representation that you meet these requirements.
To access the REasy platform, you must create an account and complete our identity verification process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may use our Services only for lawful business purposes. You may not use REasy to process payments for prohibited goods or services, to launder money or circumvent financial regulations, to engage in fraud or deceptive practices, or to violate any applicable law or regulation. REasy reserves the right to suspend accounts found in violation of these conditions.
Fees for using REasy's Services are set out in your account agreement. We reserve the right to modify our fees with 30 days notice. Transaction fees are deducted at the time of settlement. Disputed fees must be raised within 60 days of the relevant statement date.
All content, trademarks, and software on the REasy platform are owned by REasy SAS or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platform or content without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REasy's liability to you for any claim arising from use of our Services is limited to the fees you paid to REasy in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. REasy may terminate immediately for material breach of these terms, regulatory requirements, or fraud. Upon termination, outstanding settlements will be processed according to our standard schedule minus any applicable reserves.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice.
